How do I identify myself as a Spectera member with a vision care provider?
When contacting the provider to make your appointment, simply give the Spectera network provider the subscribers unique identification number, the patients name and date of birth, and identify the patient as a Spectera member. The network provider will verify the patients eligibility and coverage with us prior to the scheduled appointment.
