How do I identify good examples of historical writing?
As you read works of history in other courses, take note of essays and books that you find especially well researched and written. You will want to refer to these examples as you develop your paper. You might also look at examples of successful major papers completed here at the U. Model papers are available in the History Department Undergraduate Advising Office.
