Home theater systems are meant to be enjoyed throughout your home; adding a well-designed set of outdoor speakers can add to your overall entertainment experience and are easy to install. Look on the back of your audio visual receiver (AVR) to find your speaker connection points. Locate a pair that is unconnected. Check your manual so you understand what setting will enable this pair to be powered. Strip the ends of the speaker wire carefully, if using wire without ready-made connectors. Locate the wire in the pair that has a notch or mark in it. This is your positive wire, and needs to be connected to the red terminal in the back of your AVR. Connect the other wire to the black, or negative terminal in the back of the AVR. Leave the other ends unconnected for now. Unpack the transceiver that came with your wireless speaker set. Connect the wires from your AVR to the wireless transceiver, maintaining proper polarity (red or marked wire into the positive terminal, black or unmarked wire
