Hiring and training a Behaviour Interventionist can be challenging. Aside from basic qualifications, we recommend that you seek individuals that connect with your child and integrate well with your family. Many families have found applicants through their family and social networks, online autism bulletin boards, youth leaders in local P arks and Recreation programs, college students who are studying psychology or education, or from referral by other families running a home therapy program.
