How do I have a Home Q&A question that is in violation of good neighbor policy removed?

I received a “question” demand from the daughter of the original owners of our home. She has not lived in this house since the 1950s. Her parents died in the 1950s. The house has had several owners since that time. She phrased her complaint in such a way that it makes it sound like it is still their house. If you read it carefully you will see that she is not alleging that they own this property. She wants us to remove historical facts that she feels are inaccurate however we have consulted with several sources and believe that we have been provided accurate information. My attorney has reviewed the listing and her “question”/ demand and has indicated that we are in no way obligated to appease her. HOW do we get this message removed as it is likely to inhibit our home sale? I have reported it as a violation of the good neighbor policy but no action has been taken.
