How do I hard delete records from a Salesforce organization?
Introduced in Force.com Bulk API 19.0, records can be permanently hard deleted from Salesforce organization skipping the Recycle Bin. To use the functionality in Workbench, delete the records as normal, except check the checkbox labeled “Permanently hard delete records” in the wizard. Note, to hard delete records, users must have the “Bulk API Hard Delete” permission enabled on their profile.
