How do I handle returns, exchanges or problems with the merchandise that I’ve purchased with my American Express Gift Card?
If you wish to return or exchange any merchandise purchased with your Gift Card, you will be subject to the Merchant’s return/exchange policies. If the Merchant agrees to issue a credit to your Gift Card for merchandise returned, the credited funds may not be available for 3 to 7 days. Please be aware of the Merchant’s return or exchange policies before making your purchase.
