How do I handle participants who must leave early or miss a class?
Of course they must make up the work or its equivalent. It is at your discretion as to whether you accept the emergency situations which do arise. If more than two hours must be missed in a 15 hour class, you may opt to meet with them to make up the learning or ask them to withdraw. They will receive no refund unless you specifically call to discuss the situation with the Registrar.
