How do I handle long distance lease transfers if the prospective buyer is not able to review the space?
When the Buyer and Seller are separated by a long distance, arrangements to inspect the space and get the information to the Buyer are usually worked out between the parties involved. We have witnessed a variety of workable arrangements, ranging from the Buyer or Seller having the space inspected by a contractor or other third party.
