The Assignment File Download option in the Grade Center allows instructors to download all submitted files for an assignment in a compressed (zipped) folder. In order to minimize the number of steps it takes to grade assignments, follow these steps: Download Assignment Submissions: • Click the chevron icon next to an item name; then select Assignment File Download. • Check the box at the top of the Download Assignment: Final Paper Submission page to select all submitted assignments or click the Select Ungraded link to select only ungraded assignments. Click Submit. • Click the Download assignments now link. Click Save/Save File to save the compressed (zipped) folder of files to your computer. The student assignment submission file names will use the following convention: assignment name__student ID_file name.
