The Medallion School Partnership program in Euliss TX is most certainly closed and no further contact can be made with anyone at that site. But you may try to reach their subsidiary at 1800 Sparta Road in Belton, TX at 254-933-9557. It is possible that the personnel records from the closed office were transferred to their office.
If this ends up being a dead end for you, then I would suggest that you try to google someone that you used to work with there, to see if you can find them to see if they could give you the needed letter, or if they know someone that could.
You can always get a record of your earnings from the Social Security Administration (SSA) that will verify the years you were employed there. The report will not provide much more than that, though, so if a decent referral letter is what you’re looking for, for this ex-employer, the SSA records will not help at all.
You can always try to get someone who remembers you working there to write a referral letter, but it really depends on what you actually need said in the letter, as to whether it will hold the same value for you.
If you need just to verify the fact that you were employed there during that time period, you can also head off to the nearest Internal Revenue Service office and they will give you a print out of the income tax form you filed that year showing the wages earned. Usually a copy of your employers names and addresses are attached to the copy, which verify the wages you earned from that employer that year.
