Having lived close enough to visit Broadway many times I offer a few words of advice: 1. Buy your tickets early. 2. Prepare for the experience of a lifetime. Popular shows do sell out fast and while kiosks or ticket booths on Broadway are great resources the lines can be long and tickets limited. I would suggest buying your tickets online. TicketRight.com has an excellent selection of shows for all times and dates–even those popularly sold out shows. You can also buy the tickets ealry enough that they can be delivered to your home before you leave for the trip–eliminating the hassle of finding tickets while in the city. Good luck and have fun!
