How do I go about booking SmartCare Healthchecks for subsequent years?
During your first TWO years, whilst your machine is covered by warranty, you will be contacted to book your SmartCare Healthcheck at a time that is convenient to you. In subsequent years simply contact Fisher & Paykel Customer Care on 1300 650 765 or email customer.care@fp.com.au to make your booking.
