How do I go about assembling a 3 tier wedding cake using store bought cakes?
If each cake is on something sturdy enough to support the cake without bending, you can get lengths of plastic “doweling” or pvf piping. Cut to the proper lengths to be pushed through the tier of the cake to the bottom support and then the second, and finally the third tiers of the cake sat upon the dowels or plastic piping. Frankly, though, I can’t imagine a country that doesn’t have a hotel capable of making a western style wedding cake if they saw of picture (from the internet) of what you are talking about. I was assuming that the proper columns are not available or anyone could do it! (I owned and operated a wedding chapel, did over 30,000 weddings).
