How do i go about adopting a child?
Single and male will not be an issue as far as regulations are concerned but there may be some issues with it from a technical standpoint. Any private agency or even Social Services will want to know how you can look after a child AND work at the same time. They are going to need to be satisfied that your arrangements for child care and such things will be suitable for the child depending upon its age. Make your inquiries but know that it’s going to be a bit more difficult for you to pass the logistical aspects of adoption given both your age and marital status. They won’t be held against you directly but there will be some spin off issues to be dealt with.
