1. Start Windows Explorer. 2. Select View/Folder Options/File Types/New Type. 3. Description of type: ULTRA Internet Download (*.ult) 4. Associated Extension: .ult 5. Everything else blank and unchecked. 6. OK. You can do the same thing with *.sig files so that Windows Notepad stops appending the .txt.
