How do I get waste accepted by MXIs materials recovery facility for treatment & disposal?
In order for MXI to accept any waste material, you must complete a material profile that includes chemical and physical parameters of the waste and DOT shipping classifications. MXI’s environmental manager for the MRF reviews the profile and grants approval for the waste to be transported to the MRF. The review process ensures that RCRA-regulated wastes are not accepted for processing at the MRF. If sufficient information isn’t provided to determine a hazardous/nonhazardous classification, lab analysis will be required.
