There are fast trains from Narita to Tokyo (about an hour), where you change for the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Nagano (about ninety minutes). From there a train to Myoko Kogen takes fifty minutes, and then a local taxi just a few minutes to the hotel and costs about 1800yen.
