How do I get to my hotel in Hakuba?
About 1 hour before your arrival in Hakuba, our driver will call us and let us know the bus ETA. We will then call around all the hotels that have our passengers checking in and let them know when to come and pick you up. In most cases the hotel staff will be waiting for you when the bus pulls in. If you are at all concerned about getting to the hotel, please book our door to door service for an extra 400yen per person and let us worry about getting you to the hotel. Our service has wide support in the Hakuba community and the odds are that we will know your hosts.
