The Win32 version of the SDK comes with most of the Emacs files. Missing are the lisp source files, and files from the etc directory. Fetch the file ftp://ftp.cs.washington.edu/pub/ntemacs/latest/i386/emacs-19.34.1- lisp.tar.gz (without the line breaks). In case you can’t find this ftp site right away… From D.
