How do i get the cricket club at the back of my house to cut their trees down??
Any part of the trees that extend onto your property can be trimmed or removed by you. If limbs are growing across the property line you can cut them. If the tree falls and damages your property they are liable. Otherwise, there is nothing you can do. Because the trees are interfering with your t.v. reception or the sunlight is not enough to require them to do anything. If the trees are bothering you and they can not afford to trim them maybe you can either help pay for the trimming or pay for it yourself.
