How do I get the A1 (Payment Agreement Required) hold released?
Go to: http://www.obf.wmich.edu/accounting-services/docs/AR_Collection_Payment_Agreement_A1hold.pdf to obtain a Payment Agreement form. You will need to complete the form and return it to the Accounts Receivable office. You may also visit Bronco Express (located in the Bernhard Center) or the Accounts Receivable office (located at 1060 Seibert Administration Building) to complete a Payment Agreement form.
