How do I get tax forms?
The Library’s largest collection of current tax forms is available at the Central Library on the second floor. Central is out of 1099s but we do have the 1040 Instructions and extension forms. Basic tax forms are offered at Howson, Milwood, Oak Springs, Pleasant Hill, University Hills, Windsor park and Yarborough. Other branches have reproducible forms.
