There will be two options: 1) Pervasive will host free community-based support on www.pervasivedatarush.com. While there are no guarantees, Pervasive DataRush experts will be monitoring the support activity in the forums, and participating where it makes sense. 2) Pervasive will also offer a “per developer” annual Support Subscription, which will allow direct support interactions with Pervasive experts, as well as other benefits.
