If you are not a DriveHQ member, you need to sign up now. Once you become a member, then you have an email account: USERNAME@drivehq.com. Please visit our online help pages for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. For all other email client software, please choose the default SMTP/POP3 port setting, both the SMTP and POP3 servers are mail.drivehq.com. Please note all out-going emails require logon. For DriveHQ Online Email Backup service, you just need to download DriveHQ EmailManager client software and install it. You can then drag and drop or automatically backup emails / contacts to DriveHQ webmail. • What is the maximum email box size and the maximum email size? If you use Outlook or Outlook Express, then you can get unlimited email box sizes by downloading emails to local. The maximum email size is 10MB. You can send / share any size files using DriveHQ FileManager. If you use webmail and keep all emails online, the maximum number of emails online is between 3,000 (Free) to 50,
