How do I get started using my new CulinaryPrep?
To start, all you have to do is place your food into the upright drum, add the all-natural neutralizer/prep solution or your choice of marinade and water. After closing the lid of the drum, you simply attach the vacuum tube to the finger valve, create the vacuum and place the drum onto the base unit. With the push of a button, set the time and the food preparation process begins. In a matter of minutes, the process is complete. Remove your food and either cook it or store for later use.
