Please access the eBANK! information page and click on the First Time User icon. If you currently use the State Bank of Cross Plains’ TeleBank product you may use an account number for the Access ID and your TeleBank password to login. You will be required to change your eBANK! password using 6-10 digits including both numeric and alphanumeric characters. If you do not currently use TeleBank, please call our Account Service Department at (608) 798-2400 to request an eBANK! password. If you share an account with someone else, the Access IDs that you set up for each person must be different. You will be required to change the Access ID and password when logging on the first time. To access the Bill Pay portion of eBANK! you will need to complete and sign the back page of the eBANK! Bill Payment Service Application and submit it to any of the State Bank of Cross Plains locations.
