If you have not yet registered, go to Account Access and click on ‘New User? Enroll Here’. You will then be asked to enter: • – The last four digits of your Social Security Number or Business Tax ID • – Your Last Name or Business Name without spaces or punctuation marks • – The last eight digits of your account number • – Your ZIP Code for receipt of your billing statement • – Your full email address • – Create a User Name of at least six but not more than 20 characters and may not be all numbers • – Create a password of at least six but not more than 10 characters and may not be all numbers or all letters – Re-enter your newly created password If you have previously accessed your account online and forgotten your User Name or Password click on Forgot Username/Password link.
