How do I get scheduled for the Fireworks Exhibitor Licensing Examination?
A. You can obtain an application by clicking here or call (614) 752-7126, ask for a Fireworks Certification Application and give your name and complete mailing address. After you received your application, complete it and return it to us with a $50.00 check or money order made payable to: The Treasurer of the State of Ohio.
