How do I get rid of the white space around my image on cork-bottom coasters, cutting boards, and mouse pads?
At this time you need to make sure the image you are uploading has the same width/height ratio as the product you are trying to customize. For example, our cork-bottom coasters are 4″ x 4″ square so you need to upload a square image if you do not want any white space to show. It may be easier to simply download a product template and then use image-editing software to prepare your image for upload. In the near future we plan on developing an easier way to remove the white space directly in our image workshop.
