This is an unfortunate ‘feature’ that is enabled by default in Internet Explorer. However, there is a solution. The following link is a link to a settings file that when opened will turn off the clicking sound. Choose one: [Windows 98] [Windows 2000] When prompted, choose “Open” and then “Yes” to import the registry settings. DON’T WORRY! This file is completely harmless! IT WILL NOT MESS YOUR COMPUTER UP! • I cannot transmit…. You cannot legally transmit without a Ham Radio license. If you do have a valid license, please inform us so that we may remote the transmit block from your account. (Non-Ham accounts will not see any settings or controls related to transmitting). • Can I pick up radio stations This ham radio was not designed to tune stations much outside the ham radio bands. Incidentally, it does tune in what is commonly called “AM Radio” (530-1500 KHz) but it doesn’t get “FM Radio” (88-108 MHZ).
