If there is still oil soak it up with sawdust. Sawdust is fantastic for removing oil. What I did was to spray the effected area with a strong solution of ordinary liquid detergent (sugar soap is better) and then water blasted it. It came up superbly.

industrial strength washing up liquid will shift it ,you’d need lots ,never touch old oil , it can and will give you prostate cancer( or worse) he’s right with the sawdust too, i forgot about that
