How do i get rid of mice without killing them?
Humane traps are not humane. Mice get very stressed by being caught and when you appear on the scene probably freaking out at the sight of a terrified live mouse it gets worse. If you then release the mouse nearby it will come back. If you release it somewhere miles away, it is likely to be caught run over or otherwise killed before it finds its way into someone else’s home. So the most humane way to deal with mice is to have them mentally prepared for that piece of chocolate on the trap just as it springs and kills them. No stress – anticipation of chocolate one second, nothing the next. Either do that or live with mice.
