How do i get rid of fat on my legs and butt?
This is a question I get from a lot of ladies……. and there a LOT of mis-conceptions. I know and understand that it’s important to the ladies to have shapely buns and thighs. The many unscrupulous individuals in the fitness industry also know this by selling us a false bill of goods with their many worthless machines, gadgets, creams, and failed routines. I have been in many gyms. I have seen some stuff! I have seen ladies working out on machines that look like they belong in a torture chamber, working up a sweat in order to achieve this end. Let me break it down for you proper and straight. You need to understand that you cannot tighten your legs up by doing just one exercise. Futhermore, there is no such thing as “spot reducing.” I always laugh and chuckle when I hear people suggest that they need to start doing situps so they can lose their gut, or suggest that they need to get a special belt that will help them sweat off their belly fat. My good friends, it doesn’t work that way
