A dermatologist can use dermabrasion or laser resurfacing of your skin. You should find the best dermatologist in a large city in your area, perhaps at a university medical facility, and ask for a consultation. Sometimes the consultation is free or has minimal payment (be sure to ask if there is a fee for consultation). It is probably expensive to have dermabrasion or laser resurfacing, but definitely worth it. You have only one face and want it to look as perfect as possible! Sometimes, if insurance won’t cover it, the doctor will take a payment plan. Be sure to ask, and don’t be embarrassed about it – they get asked this all the time. Acne is not fun – good luck! If you can afford it, pro-active is brilliant! Exfoliation is something you should do on a daily basis – it gets rid of dead skin cells. Just make sure you use a mild soap and don’t scrub too hard. Also – VERY IMPORTANT – eat a LOT more fruit, ok. Thing is, it won’t happen overnight, but it will happen!!
