Take ibuprofen for the swelling (Motrin). That will help the lip to go down. Keep icing it. Keep the ice on your lip all day long. Keep it on for 20 minutes than let it rest for 30 minutes and do that all day long. The swelling will go down over time. Letting the lip scab over is going to be the best thing for it. Do not try to pick at it. Put some medicated chapstick or some Orajel on it. Squeezing it will make your whole lip twice as infected because it will be spreading bacteria around.
