Please see discussion on the forum. Generally, loading other plugins in Project64 is not something we support for end users, because there’s too many things that could go wrong, please consult the plugin authors. If there is a real bug in Project64 (unlikely really since Project64 defined the spec.), the author can notify us and we may look at it.
