You really can’t. Birds chirp. That is how they communicate. There are many man-made noises that we put up with every day – lawn mowers, loud neighbors, trucks idling their engines all night at the loading docks of an industrial park, sirens, kids playing, construction noises, farm equipment, trains, planes, boom boxes…there is no neighborhood or environment that you can live in where there are no noises. So, get some earplugs (they will block soft sounds like birdsong, but not important, higher-decible sounds like the alarm clock, the telephone or the smoke alarm).
