How do I get paid if Bidavilla processes payments directly?
Once the 10% payment has been made to Bidavilla.com by the renter, you, the owner will receive a confirmation email stating the property number, rental dates, the renters contact information, and the remaining balance due to you. This remaining balance will reflect the ‘all inclusive price’ agreed to by you and the customer, minus the 10% we receive. The balance due will be paid by the renter directly to you. The renter will also receive the same email, which will include your contact information. As this point we recommend you, the owner, contact the guest as soon as possible; however it is not uncommon for the guest to contact you first.
