How do I get over Bronchitis without medicine?

I went to the doctor this morning and they prescribed me two different types of medication. I went to pick them up and they wanted $65 (Usually my medicine is free with my insurances). Come to find out both my insurances have been dropped due to me turning 19 years old. Now I have to figure out how to get over this bronchitis without the medicine. Any ideas would be appreciative.
