How do I get on the Madison Center Cooperative Playgroup waiting list?
To get on the waiting list, fill out the waiting list form and return it to the Madison Center Cooperative Playgroup. There is a $20 non-refundable fee per child to be placed on the Wait List. Enrollment at the Madison Playgroup takes place at the beginning of the Spring, Summer and Fall sessions. First, we do internal registration for current children and their siblings. Then, working first from the waiting list, we begin external registration.
