If you are a prepaid customer you can’t access mobile web. If you are a postpaid customer, you might need to sign up to one of the packs that allow you to access mobile web (e.g. X-Series or one of the Explorer packs). You can access mobile web from within Launcher which is a simple click from the Start Screen.
