The “Bi-Annual” listing is a joint City/County of San Diego effort. To get on the As-Needed lists for any discipline a firm must request an “As-Needed Lists Submittal Package Information Sheet” from: City of San Diego Executive Complex 1010 Second Ave., Suite 500 San Diego CA 92101 Attn.: Celia Griffin This package will describe the necessary steps for submitting Statements of Qualifications for the “As-Needed” lists. The term for the lists are a minimum of one year, but may be extended by agreement of the City of San Diego and the County. General Services periodically advertises for specialized As-Needed consulting services, through the County’s BuyNet online procurement system. Registering on BuyNet at http://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov/ will notify you of your selected solicitations.
