How do I get myself to WANT to exerise regularly?

You are dissatisfied with your life, career, relationships, etc. You are addicted to struggle. You have unfulfilled dreams. You do things that destroy your relationships with the people you love. You don’t trust others and/or others don’t trust you. You experience undesired weight gain or loss due to compulsive eating behaviors. You have excessive unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking, gambling, etc. You have uncontrollable mood swings, depression, anxiety and/or panic attacks. You experience self-doubt
