If you are not inside WaveDirect’s network you will be able to receive your email, however you will not be able to SEND email. Our outgoing (SMTP) server will not allow foreign hosts to route email from outside our network. We recommend you download and install FREE SMTP Server from http://www.softstack.com . (Scroll to the bottom of the page) This software will allow you to route SMTP traffic out of your PC instead of our outgoing mail server from anywhere in the world.
