• A. Free and Premium users can upload a video in the supported High Bitrate (HBR) resolution of: 640×480 (4:3) and our servers will automatically detect your HBR video, and encode it accordingly. Premium users can also upload video in the following HBR supported resolutions: 853×480 (16:9) and 960×540 (16:9) as well. Look for the icon in the Title of your video.
