There is no such things “Scottish Passport”, you can have a British passport. You should contact the British Embassy (High Commission) in South Africa & apply for British birth certificate (unless u already have it), once u have the British birth certificate & a photo copy of your biological mother’s (British) passport you can apply for British Passport straight away. I am not aware of any adoption law who might be restricting it, but please check with local authorities as well, for it. For all those who have no clue what Scotland is, its not part of “England” its part of “United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland” so is “England” part of the same Kingdom.
