How do I get my printers to work with i-Sell?
From the point of sale screen click on the little computer shown on the bottom right. A pop up window will appear asking which printers you want to run. If you want to print both a 8×11 invoice and a standard sales receipt then you must place the dot matrix printer used for the detailed 8×11 invoice on the LPT1 port and the receipt printer on the Com port. Make the receipt printer the default printer and the program should take care of the assignments during printing.
