open the printer folder from the control panel select the printer, right click it and select “Properties” then click “printing preferences” this opens the setup you see when printing, select “grayscale” or “black only” as before and click USE then OK Click the “advanced” tab if it shows, then repeat the proces under printin preferences Next time you use printer it will default to black only printing.
