Well we kinda need more information. If you can still log onto your computer then you can log on in safe mode and copy all the pictures to an external drive then copy then to your computer. If your hard drive is dead you can try booting the computer from a linux OS disk (knoppix) and copy the files to an external that way or you can take it to a computer guy who will use probably a sata/ide to usb cable and hook the HD up as an external. If you give me more information I can better instruct you on exactly how to recover the pictures.
